Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their new condition. Items must be returned with original packaging and packaging slip. To initiate a return, please contact us at IDLL.STORE@email.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items, as well as accessories such as mugs, wristbands, and mouse pads, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
