SHIPPING POLICY
We take care in preparing and shipping every IDLL order. All items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Free ground shipping is included on all orders, unless the customer selects priority shipping at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition. Items must be returned with original packaging and packaging slip. To initiate a return, please contact us at IDLL.STORE@email.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for apparel sizing issues, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
